The rescue team deployed under the leadership of the Nepal Army has returned after no one was found inside the tunnel of the Rasuwagadhi Hydropower Project (RHPL) affected by the flood in the Bhotekoshi River in Rasuwa. The army team, along with engineers and a drone team, had started the search after it was suspected that people were trapped in the last part of the tunnel.
Even after reaching the inner part of the tunnel, that is, the last point, and flying a drone to search, no human presence was found. After confirming that there was no one inside the tunnel, the Nepal Army team has returned to Dhunche in Rasuwa after completing the search.
