Nuwakot, Bhadra 11. Prime Minister Balendra Shah has reached Bidur, Nuwakot, on Thursday to make the damage caused by the flood in Bhotekoshi, Rasuwa, and to make the search, rescue and relief work more effective.
Prime Minister Shah reached Bidur by road. He has taken information about the situation after the flood from the chiefs of the administration and security agencies at Shree No. 1 Military Training Center in Bidur Municipality.
Minister for Infrastructure Development Sunil Lamsal, Minister for Information and Communications Dr. Bikram Timilsina, Chief Minister of Bagmati Province Kiran Thapa Magar and Chief of Army Staff of the Nepal Army Ashok Raj Sigdel are participating in the discussion held in the presence of the Prime Minister.
Nuwakot Chief District Officer Shambhu Prasad Regmi, District Police Chief Bipin Regmi and others have informed the Prime Minister about the human and material damage caused by the flood, the rescue situation and relief management.
Prime Minister Shah has discussed with the concerned bodies on making search and rescue more effective in the affected areas and expediting the necessary relief and rehabilitation work.
